At Almas Mexicanas, our dance companies are designed to nurture dancers at every stage of their journey. Through folklórico training, cultural education, and performance opportunities, our programs help students develop artistic excellence, confidence, leadership, and a deep appreciation for Mexican traditions. Each company provides a supportive environment where dancers grow not only as performers, but as ambassadors of culture and community.

Performing and Traveling Group
Our adult and advanced dancers bring years of experience and deep cultural knowledge to the stage, performing with passion and precision. In addition to performing, many members of Company 1 also serve as instructors at our dance studio and in local schools, sharing their expertise and inspiring the next generation of folklorico dancers.

School Partnerships
In addition to our studio-based programming, Almas Mexicanas proudly partners with schools across the Antelope Valley to bring folklorico into classrooms and after-school programs. Our instructors work with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, offering culturally enriching dance education that helps foster cultural pride, artistic expression, and community connection among youth.
